I'm Azar — an independent product builder. I help founders and teams ship thoughtful digital and physical products, from mobile apps to manufactured objects, with the discipline of a full team in one person.
I operate as an independent studio of one: taking projects from concept through to launch, keeping the whole surface — product, design, and business — tight and coherent. The result is work that doesn't feel like it was passed between five agencies on the way to your hands.
My background spans software and physical product design with a sharp entrepreneurial lens. I've shipped four projects across mobile apps, web products, and physical objects — including StreakUp, Noor, and the Pilot app — each starting as a single question I couldn't let go of.
Framing the right problem before writing a single line of code.
Interfaces, objects, and brand systems built with precision.
Modern no-code & code stacks that ship in weeks, not quarters.
Aligned with monetization, retention, and the path to scale.
Together we define the real problem, the audience, and what success looks like.
Sketches, wireframes, and a tight visual system before we build anything.
Modern stacks, fast cycles. You see progress every week, not every quarter.
Real users, real feedback. We sharpen the rough edges before launch day.
A clean release, full handover, and ongoing support if you want it.
A habit and goal tracker with accountability built in. Features include daily check-ins with streaks, progress heatmaps, a coach dashboard, live chat, session booking, and user profiles. Built as a progressive web app that installs on any phone.
A thoughtfully designed app rooted in clarity and intention. Built to bring everyday rituals into a single calm interface. Currently in active development — refined design, fast performance, and a focus on making the daily routine feel meaningful.
A purpose-built productivity tool for solo operators — helping them stay on course without losing momentum. Features streamlined task flow, integrated automations, and a clean interface designed for focus over feature bloat. In live beta.
An accessory designed for privacy-conscious users. The integrated sliding panels physically cover front and rear cameras when not in use. Manufacturing-ready specs completed; designed with tactile detail and built to last beyond the product's first owner.
A look at why solo operators are building the most interesting software of this decade — and how to set yourself up to be one.
Why I prefer small, ugly, embarrassing first releases over polished ones — and the principle behind it.
The exact tools I reach for to take a founder from idea to first paying customer in 30 days.
Most engagements run 2–6 weeks. A starter sprint takes about two weeks, while a full Build Package runs around six. For longer custom partnerships, we set a milestone-based schedule together.
Yes — completely. Once a project ships and is paid in full, you own everything: code, designs, brand assets, and the right to modify or transfer it however you'd like.
That's perfectly fine. Discovery is part of the work. We start with a short conversation about what you want to build and who it's for — by the end of week one, the path is usually obvious.
Most of my clients are. The whole point of working with me is that you don't need to hire engineers, designers, and brand consultants separately. You can ship a real, monetizable product with one accountable partner.
You get a clean handover and a 30-day support window. After that, I offer monthly retainers for ongoing iteration if you'd like, or you can take it from here and reach out whenever you need a sprint.
Tell me about what you're working on. I'll come back within 48 hours with honest thoughts and — if it's a fit — a clear plan to get started.
